After the huge success of our first movie ‘Aphids and their natural enemies’ Biobest releases a 2nd movie “Spider mites and their natural enemies” in time for the International Horti Fair 2005.

This movie will not only zoom in on the life cycle of spider mites, but also on the biology and behaviour of their natural enemies, Phytoseiulus persimilis, Amblyseius californicus, Feltiella acarisuga, Stethorus punctillum and Macrolophus caliginosus.
All this is accompanied by spoken commentaries in Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German.

In these movies Biobest wants to give a clear and faithful representation of the life cycles of the most dreaded pests and their natural enemies in open air as well as in protected horticultural crops. These two movies on spider mites and aphids and their natural enemies are part of a series of films that will be completed in the years to come with movies on whiteflies, thrips, leafminer and mealybug.
