• Responsible for sales activities and the distribution network in the Netherlands and Eastern Europe respectively
• Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing distributors and support their sales efforts
• Responsible for achieving the sales targets; identifying market trends and highlighting new commercial opportunities
• Coordinate the sales forecast
• Give technical support and promote integrated crop protection in glasshouse horticulture
• Write technical brochures, mailings and articles; prepare and give presentations
• Participate in international fairs and exhibitions
• Report directly to the Commercial Director
  
   

• Experience or strong interest in biological crop protection and pollination
• Affinity with glasshouse horticulture
• Bachelor or Master degree with a specialization in horticulture or equal through experience
• Excellent communication and commercial skills and target driven
• Flexible, dedicated and pro-active
• Area Manager for Eastern Europe: fluent in English, knowledge of Russian will be considered a plus
